Matt Rehrig
Owner
Coach Matt opened ImpactFit back in July of 2015 and hasn't looked back. His vision is simple: to create everyday-impact in the lives of others through fitness.
He has a passion for giving back to the community and can commonly be found at sports events with his kids (Levi, Griffin, & Oakley) and Ashley, his awesome wife. 💜
Matt Sarge
Head Coach
Coach Sarge joined the team in 2017. For the last 6 years, he has dedicated his life to helping our ImpactFit members crush their goals (& have fun along the way)!
He is a world-class coach and has put in the hours to prove so, with over 5,000 sessions coached. 🏆
Megan Lackman
Accountability Coach
Coach Megan is the newest addition to our team. She started her coaching career with ImpactFit in 2021 and made an immediate impact with our members by her ability to connect and believe in them.
Her main role on the team is to run badass workouts, and to make sure our members are sticking to their goals! 🏁
